If your itinerary and destination are already set, we will promptly proceed to approve and execute (arrange) the trip. Rest assured, even if you haven’t yet solidified the details, we can begin with a consultation to discuss your preferences and requirements.
- 旅行相談料金は、実施承認後の手配時に旅行費用の一部として充当されます。
The travel consultation fee will be applied as part of the travel expenses upon formal contract signing.

If the direction of the program or the final budget does not meet your requirements, cancellation is possible prior to the arrangements being made. - 見積段階での空席・空室を確約するものではありません。万が一、現地事情等により手配が不可能となった場合は、お申込みを取り消しさせていただく場合がございます。
Availability of seats and rooms is not guaranteed at the quotation stage. In the unlikely event that arrangements become impossible due to local circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel your application.
