弊社がお客様と締結する旅行契約は、旅行業法第12条の3の規定に基づく観光庁長官及び消費者庁長官が定めた「標準旅行業約款」を適用しております。旅行契約の締結時点で公示されている標準旅行業約款が適用されます。
この内容は旅行業法第12条の4に定める「取引条件説明書面」及び同法第12条の5に定める「契約書面」の一部となります。ご旅行の申し込み前に、必ずこの内容と旅行詳細をよくお読みのうえ、お手続きください。
The travel contracts that our company enters into with our customers are governed by the “Standard Travel Agency Terms” established by the Commissioner of the Japan Tourism Agency and the Commissioner of the Consumer Affairs Agency, based on the provisions of Article 12-3 of the Travel Agency Act. The Standard Terms and Conditions for Travel Agencies that are publicly available at the time the travel contract is concluded will apply.
Note: This section constitutes a part of the official “Explanation of Terms and Conditions” under Article 12-4, and the “Contract Document” under Article 12-5 of the Travel Agency Act. Please ensure you review these terms and your itinerary details thoroughly before completing your booking.
標準旅行業約款 Standard Travel Agency Terms
ご提供する旅行商品の種類に応じて、以下の各約款が適用されます。該当する契約の部をご確認ください。
Depending on the type of travel product offered, the following terms and conditions apply. Please refer to the relevant section of the contract.
募集型企画旅行 Agent-Organized Tours
一般向けに予め旅程や代金を定めて募集するパッケージツアー等に適用されます。
This applies to package tours and similar programs that are offered to the general public with pre-determined itineraries and prices.
受注型企画旅行 Order-Made Tours
お客様からのご要望に応じて、弊社がオーダーメイドで旅行計画を作成・実施する旅行に適用されます。
This applies to trips where we create and execute a customized travel plan based on the customer’s requests.
手配旅行 Arranged Tours
航空券のみ、宿泊のみなど、お客様の委託により弊社が手配を代行するサービスに適用されます。
This applies to services where we handle arrangements on behalf of the customer, such as flights only or accommodation only.
渡航手続代行 Travel Procedure Agency Services
ビザ免除対象国以外の方が日本へ観光・商用目的で入国される際、査証（ビザ）の取得が必要です。申請には身元保証人等が必要となる場合がありますが、弊社が身元保証人になることはできかねます。恐れ入りますが、詳細および最新情報については、お近くの日本国在外公館へお問い合わせください。
If you are from a country that is not eligible for visa exemption, you will need to obtain a visa to enter Japan for tourism or business purposes. While a guarantor may be required for the application, we are unable to act as a guarantor. For details and the latest information, please contact your nearest Japanese diplomatic mission abroad.
旅行相談 Travel Consultation
旅行に関する計画の作成、情報の提供、ご相談をお受けする際に適用されます。見積段階での日程表の作成などは有償の相談及び資料作成として対応となります。
This applies when we help you with travel planning, provide information, and offer consultations. Please note that creating itineraries and other documents during the estimation phase will be charged as a paid consultation and document preparation service.
契約に関する基本原則 When the contract was formed
契約の成立時期については以下の通りです。
The legal definition of when a contract is formed is as follows:
- 通信契約 / Online contract

弊社がお申し込みを承諾する旨の通知（予約完了メールなど）が、お客様に到達した時に成立します。
The booking is finalized when you receive a notification from our company confirming your acceptance of your application (such as a booking confirmation email).
- 店頭契約 / In-store contract

弊社が契約の締結を承諾し、所定の申込金（または旅行代金全額）を受理した時に成立します。
The contract is concluded when our company accepts the conclusion of the agreement and receives the prescribed application fee (or the full amount of the travel price).
取消料について Cancellation fee
旅行契約の成立後、お客様のご都合により旅行を取り消される場合は、標準旅行業約款に定める所定の取消料（キャンセル料）が発生いたします。具体的な日数や金額の割合（％）につきましては、お申し込み時に提示する「Travel Conditions（取引条件説明書）」をご確認ください。
If you cancel your trip after the travel contract has been concluded due to your own circumstances, a cancellation fee as stipulated in the standard travel agency terms and conditions will be incurred. For specific details regarding the number of days and percentage of the amount, please refer to the “Travel Conditions” document provided at the time of application.
