Our company is a travel agency authorized by the Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture on behalf of the Commissioner of the Japan Tourism Agency.
旅行業に関する当社約款につきましては、日本国観光庁の定める『標準旅行業約款』と同一の約款を定めております。標準旅行業約款には、募集型企画旅行の部、受注型企画旅行の部、別紙特別補償規程、手配旅行の部、渡航手続代行契約の部、旅行相談契約の部が定められておりますので、それぞれ必要な項目をご確認ください。
Our company’s terms and conditions for travel agencies are the same as the “Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions” established by the Japan Tourism Agency. The Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions include a section for package tours, a section for custom-order package tours, the attached special compensation regulations, a section for arranged travel, a section for travel agency contracts, and a section for travel consultation contracts. Please check the required items for each section.
